About the event
This event will take an in depth look at case management, focusing on In-Form, the complete case management solution for the homelessness and supported housing sector. Throughout the day we will explore how the system includes a range of features that aid all aspects of client support, outcomes measurement and property management to enable you to provide better support to your clients. These tools can be used to manage all aspects of your organisation, following the journey of each client with ease, in a way that suits you. Simple to use, yet packed with features to make the most of your information and enable organisations of all sizes to spend more time working with the clients that matter most.
GDPR compliant and meeting the highest international standards for data security, this cloud-based system allows staff at all levels to access the information they need with just a touch of a button. Whether you need access in the access in the office, at a day centre, or on the go; In-Form is fully accessible at any time via PC, tablet or Smart phone.
The event will provide IT based solutions and case management practice that supports Chief Executives, senior managers and heads of service alike, as well as frontline staff in their day-to-day work.

The In-Form DataLab is a Homeless Link initiative which brings together anonymised data directly from a range of organisations using Homeless Link’s In-Form system. It aims to become an authoritative source of information about the changing profile and needs of homeless people and the effectiveness of interventions in ending their homelessness. It is a free initiative for In-Form users to join and won’t take very much of your time. Organisations involved in the project sign a data sharing agreement and receive insight reports and analytics about their data as well as benchmark information.
